Sign up at affiliates.documentation.ai with your email address. The portal sends you a code to log in, then gives you your referral link and a dashboard that tracks your clicks, sign-ups and commission.
Share your link
Add your referral code to any documentation.ai URL, then use the link in your tutorials, newsletters, videos, migration guides and client recommendations.

Earn on each payment
When a team you referred signs up and pays for a plan, the referral appears in your dashboard. You earn commission on each payment it makes for its first 12 months.

Allowed
- Promotion through channels you own: your site, blog, newsletter, videos, social accounts and client work.
- Honest reviews, tutorials, comparisons and migration guides that link to the product.
- A clear disclosure next to your link that you earn a commission, as the FTC Endorsement Guides require.
Not allowed
- Paid advertising of any kind: search, social, display, native, retargeting and sponsored placements.
- Bidding on Documentation.AI brand terms, their misspellings or competitor combinations.
- Coupon, deal, cashback and rebate sites, or sharing your commission, unless the portal provides the offer.
- Commission on your own account, your own organization or a team that already had a paid account.
- Domains or social handles that contain the brand name.
- Spam, cookie stuffing, or claims about the product that are not on this site.
FAQ
How much commission do I earn?
The standard rate is 30% of each payment a referred team makes during its first 12 months. Some campaigns pay differently. The affiliate portal shows the rates that apply to your account.
When do I get paid?
Commission is paid on Net 60 terms. Each commission becomes payable 60 days after the referred team's payment that earned it, which leaves time for refunds and chargebacks to clear.
What is the minimum payout?
$30. Once your payable balance reaches $30, it is paid out. A smaller balance carries over until it reaches the minimum.
How are payouts sent?
Outside the US, payouts are sent by Wise. In the US, you can choose Wise or a direct bank transfer. All payouts are in US dollars. PayPal is not supported at this time. You add your payout details in the affiliate portal.
How are my referrals tracked?
Your referral link carries your code in the ?via= parameter. When someone opens it, a referral cookie is set on documentation.ai, and the product reads it when that person signs up and when their team pays. Clicks, sign-ups and commission appear in your dashboard in the portal.
Can I promote my link with paid ads?
No. Paid advertising of any kind is not allowed, and neither is bidding on Documentation.AI brand terms. Promote your link through channels you own, such as your site, newsletter, videos and social accounts.
What happens if a referred team gets a refund?
Refunded, charged-back and uncollected payments earn no commission, and a refund can reverse commission that has already been paid.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older, with one account per person. Existing customers can join and refer other teams, but do not earn on their own account. Documentation.AI employees cannot join, and neither can residents of sanctioned regions.
Where are the full terms?
The affiliate terms are the full agreement between you and Documentation.AI, including eligibility, conduct, payment and how either side can end participation.
