Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated on October 21, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Documentation.AI Affiliate Program (the “Program”), operated by Keevs Health Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, which operates the Documentation.AI platform (“Documentation.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or taking part in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms. If you are joining on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not join the Program.

Your use of the Documentation.AI product itself remains governed by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1) Definitions

  • Affiliate Portal means the online dashboard we provide for the Program, where you find your Affiliate Link, promotional assets, referral activity, and the commission and payout terms that apply to you.
  • Affiliate Link means the unique tracking link or code we issue to you through the Affiliate Portal.
  • Commission means the amount we pay you for a Qualified Referral, as set out in the Affiliate Portal.
  • Qualified Referral means a new customer who reaches Documentation.AI through your Affiliate Link, is attributed to you by our tracking, purchases a paid plan, and pays for it, subject to Section 3.

2) Joining the Program

2.1 Application

You join by applying through the Affiliate Portal. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion, without giving a reason. You must give accurate, complete information and keep it current, including your payout and tax details.

2.2 Eligibility

To take part in the Program, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
  • hold no more than one affiliate account, unless we agree otherwise in writing;
  • not be an employee, contractor, or agent of Keevs Health Inc., or a member of their household; and
  • not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and not appear on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

Existing Documentation.AI customers may join, but cannot earn a Commission on their own account or on an account belonging to their own organization.

3) Commissions and payouts

3.1 Where the commercial terms live

The Program offers more than one type of Commission. The rate, the duration, the attribution window, any minimum payout, and the payout schedule and method that apply to you are set out in the Affiliate Portal and may differ by campaign or partnership type. The Affiliate Portal is the authoritative source for those terms. We may change them for future referrals by updating the Affiliate Portal; a change does not reduce a Commission already earned.

3.2 Tracking and attribution

A referral counts only if it is tracked through your Affiliate Link. Our tracking records determine whether a referral is attributed to you, and to which affiliate if more than one is involved. We are not responsible for referrals that are not tracked because a visitor blocks cookies or scripts, clears their browser, switches devices, or otherwise prevents tracking.

3.3 What does not earn a Commission

No Commission is payable on:

  • your own purchases, or purchases by your organization or anyone acting on your behalf;
  • customers who already had a paid Documentation.AI account when they clicked your Affiliate Link;
  • amounts that are refunded, credited, charged back, disputed, or never collected, or that relate to taxes;
  • referrals generated in breach of these Affiliate Terms, including Section 4; or
  • referrals we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, artificial, or otherwise not genuine.

3.4 Reversals

If a Commission is paid and the underlying payment is later refunded, charged back, or found to fall under Section 3.3, we may reverse that Commission and deduct it from future payouts, or ask you to repay it.

3.5 Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes on the Commissions you receive. We may require tax documentation (for example, a Form W-9 or W-8BEN) before releasing a payout, and may withhold amounts where the law requires it. Commissions are paid in the currency shown in the Affiliate Portal, and you bear any fees your payment provider or bank charges you.

4) How you may promote Documentation.AI

4.1 No paid advertising

You may promote Documentation.AI only through organic, unpaid channels you own or control, such as your website, blog, newsletter, videos, podcast, social media accounts, and direct recommendations to people you work with. You may not use paid advertising of any kind to promote Documentation.AI or to drive traffic to your Affiliate Link, directly or through a landing page of your own. This includes:

  • search engine ads (for example, Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising);
  • social media ads, boosted or promoted posts, and sponsored placements (for example, on LinkedIn, X, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, or TikTok);
  • display, native, retargeting, pop-up, and pop-under ads, and ads in apps or app stores; and
  • paid placements in newsletters, directories, or deal listings that you buy to promote Documentation.AI.

4.2 No brand bidding

Without limiting Section 4.1, you may not bid on, buy, or target, as a keyword or in ad copy, the terms “Documentation.AI,” “Documentation AI,” “DocumentationAI,” “documentation.ai,” “AI documentation,” or any misspelling, variation, or combination of them with other words, including competitor names.

4.3 Other prohibited methods

You may not:

  • register or use a domain name, subdomain, social handle, or app name that contains “Documentation.AI” or a confusingly similar term;
  • present yourself as Documentation.AI, imply that you are our employee or official partner beyond what these Affiliate Terms provide, or imitate our website, emails, or support channels;
  • post your Affiliate Link on coupon, voucher, deal, cashback, or rebate sites, or offer anyone a discount, payment, or share of your Commission for signing up, unless we provide that offer to you in the Affiliate Portal;
  • send unsolicited email, direct messages, or comments, or otherwise spam, or breach anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or the GDPR’s rules on electronic marketing;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, automatic redirects, browser extensions, adware, bots, or any other method that sets a tracking cookie without a genuine, deliberate click;
  • disguise the destination of your Affiliate Link in a way that misleads the person clicking it;
  • make false or misleading statements about Documentation.AI, including its features, pricing, integrations, customers, or security and compliance status. Describe the product only as it is described on documentation.ai, and do not claim a certification we have not announced;
  • write, buy, or arrange fake or incentivized reviews, ratings, or testimonials of Documentation.AI or of competing products;
  • post your Affiliate Link in Documentation.AI’s own channels, such as our community, support conversations, documentation, or social media comments, or on our customers’ documentation sites;
  • make offers, promises, or commitments to prospective customers on our behalf, including about pricing, discounts, features, support, or contract terms;
  • issue a press release or other public announcement about your relationship with Documentation.AI without our prior written approval; or
  • place your Affiliate Link on content or sites that are illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.

4.4 Compliance with law

You will comply with all laws that apply to your promotional activities, including advertising, consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam, anti-bribery, export control, and sanctions laws. You may not offer or give anything of value to a prospective customer’s employee to influence a purchasing decision.

4.5 Disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Documentation.AI wherever you promote it, close to the recommendation and in plain language (for example, “I earn a commission if you sign up through this link”). You are responsible for complying with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and with every advertising, consumer protection, and endorsement law that applies where your audience is.

4.6 Review of your promotions

We may review the content and traffic sources you use to promote Documentation.AI. On request, you will tell us where your referrals come from and promptly change or remove any content we reasonably consider inaccurate, non-compliant, or harmful to our brand.

5) Our brand and materials

While you take part in the Program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Documentation.AI name, logo, and the promotional materials we provide in the Affiliate Portal, solely to promote Documentation.AI under these Affiliate Terms. You may not alter our logos or materials, combine our marks with your own, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products. All goodwill arising from use of our marks belongs to us. The license ends when your participation ends.

6) Confidentiality and data

Information we share with you through the Affiliate Portal or otherwise that is not public, including referral data, unreleased features, and the terms of your partnership, is confidential. You may use it only to take part in the Program and may not disclose it to others.

You are responsible for complying with privacy and data protection laws on your own properties, including obtaining any consent needed for cookies or tracking you place there. We do not share our customers’ personal information with you beyond what the Affiliate Portal displays, and you may not attempt to identify, contact, or market to referred customers using information from the Program.

7) Term, suspension, and termination

7.1 Term

These Affiliate Terms apply from the day we accept your application until your participation ends.

7.2 Ending your participation

Either party may end your participation at any time, for any reason, by written notice, including through the Affiliate Portal.

7.3 Suspension and termination for breach

If we reasonably believe you have breached these Affiliate Terms, we may suspend your account, withhold payouts while we investigate, or terminate your participation immediately. If we terminate for breach, you forfeit any unpaid Commissions connected with the breach.

7.4 After termination

When your participation ends, you must promptly stop using your Affiliate Link and our marks and materials, and remove them from content you control where reasonably possible. Unless your participation ended for breach, Commissions earned on Qualified Referrals made before termination remain payable under the terms in the Affiliate Portal. Sections 3.3 to 3.5, 6, 7.4, and 9 to 13 survive termination.

8) Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship. You have no authority to make commitments or statements on our behalf. The Program is non-exclusive: you may promote other products, and we may work with other affiliates, including in your market.

9) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keevs Health Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, fines, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your promotional activities, your content, or your breach of these Affiliate Terms or of applicable law.

10) Disclaimers

The Program, the Affiliate Portal, and our tracking are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any level of earnings, that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Documentation.AI will remain available on any particular plan or at any particular price. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the Program. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program will not exceed the Commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Changes to these Affiliate Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms and change or end the Program. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Affiliate Portal. Continuing to take part in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, end your participation under Section 7.2.

13) General

Governing law. These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta Division).

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Affiliate Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign them to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Affiliate Terms, together with the commercial terms shown to you in the Affiliate Portal, are the entire agreement between us about the Program. A separate written agreement signed by us governs to the extent it conflicts with them. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your affiliate account or through the Affiliate Portal. Notices to us must be sent in writing to the address in Section 14.

14) Contact

Questions about the Program, your account, or these Affiliate Terms go to our support team.
