Import media from URLs
Adds 1 to 10 files to the media library from public HTTPS URLs. A file must open without signing in, and addresses on private networks are refused. A URL may redirect no more than 3 times, and each file must finish downloading within 30 seconds. Each file gets the same checks as an upload, and the response has one result per file. Requires editor or admin role.
